We strive to provide a clean, orderly non-smoking
environment to facilitate professional meetings.
Our large conference room contains A/V equipment for
Zoom meetings and a conference phone.
Organizations reserving our meeting space(s) must clean/
sanitize all items used and surfaces touched within the
conference room. Prior to your meeting, we confirm that
cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer are available for this
purpose. Should these items be missing upon your arrival,
please notify us.
The Building Trades Staff will not clean up after your
meeting. If the room is left in a disorderly or dirty
condition, which requires janitorial services, you may be
billed for those services at a minimum of $100.
Leaving our facilities in disarray may result in the loss of
your privilege to reserve our Conference Rooms.
